BELLABELLE DOLLS

Each of my dolls is a labour of love !  Every doll is totally unique and takes hours of work to complete. I sculpt each one individually without use of molds and then paint their tiny features to bring them to life. I believe the eyes are the windows of the soul and try to reflect this in my dolls giving them each expressive faces to show their "personalities".The dolls are jointed in  9 places making them very poseable, their heads can turn and they can sit naturally.

 I dress each character in clothes to suit hand sewn from my own designs. I like to sew clothing rather than glue where possible and take time to choose natural fabrics, silks and cottons which hang beautifully on miniature dolls. Period dolls are dressed in historically accurate costumes. The dolls wear hand sculpted shoes, many with leather and cotton shoelaces.

 24th Scale Dolls  

Due to popular demand I now work in 24th scale as well as 12th scale. These dolls can be viewed on the 24th scale page where most of the dolls are available for sale, simply contact me if you are interested in purchasing one. These little characters are just as  detailed as my 12th scale dolls, the only difference is in the size. Watch out for new characters appearing , I hope you will be charmed by these lovely little folk !
